The Galaxy note 9 is the first smartphone that will offer Samsung Experience UI 9.5 with Android 8.1 Oreo which will be launched in July. So, in July, we can expect the launch and after a few months, Samsung can provide Android 8.1 Oreo to some of its phones.

As in the image below, we can see that the Samsung Galaxy S9 is spotted on Android 8.1 Oreo.
This Samsung Galaxy S9 is the European version and there are no official words from Samsung that these two flagship phones will receive Android 8.1 Oreo. But we can expect that in the coming months, Samsung will roll out Android 8.1 Oreo with Samsung Experience UI 9.5.
